How to Cure a Water Infection Naturally
Water Infections are common and can be very painful - these are different to UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections) and directly affect the Kidneys. There are antibiotics available to treat the infection, but for those who do not like to use Antibiotics, here's what you need to do.
- 1Drink red juice. Cranberry is the best for this as it is famed for flushing out the kidneys, but Blueberry and Pomegranate are also full of antioxidants to rid your body of infection naturally.
- 2Apple Cider vinegar - drinking this in 'shots' also forces the body to kick into action, and the pH of the vinegar should help break down foreign bodies.
- 3Stop taking pain killers - even just the Drugstore variety will hurt your kidneys, even though you will not feel the pain. Whilst you have a water infection, ditch the pills.
- 4Get more Sleep - This helps general health, and pain will be more bearable if you are not tired. In order for your body to fight something, you need to get enough rest, which is somewhere between 7-9 hours a night.
- 5Don't eat meat—only for as long as you fight the infection, at least. Meat is very hard for the body to break down and to be able to flush everything out, meat is a no-go. If you can't tear yourself away, try lean, white meat in small quantities.
- 6Avoid processed foods - you will be better off making everything fresh whilst you fight an infection, mostly so you know exactly what is going into your food. Try to eat lots of legumes (fruits and vegetables) as they are easily digested and therefore create less pain for you.
